SBI Adopts 3 wild animals at SV Zoo park Tirupati
Tirupati State Bank of India has adopted the responsibility of caring for and nurturing tiger, leopard and lion animals belonging to Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park, Tirupati. Rs 15 lakh was provided for their care and administration for one year.
Mr. Dinesh Khara, Chairman, State Bank of India was the Chief Guest at the Animal Adoption Ceremony held at Thirumala on Sunday. He expressed that they are cheerful to adopt animals under the auspices of their organization. It was revealed that the series is continuing in all regions. On this occasion, Rs 15 lakh was donated on behalf of the bank for the nutrition of the animals. The check was handed over to Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park Curator Hima Shailaja.
On the occasion, Curator Hima Shailaja said that she was happy with SBI’s adoption of zoo animals and thanked the SBI Chairman, SBI Tirupati Branch officials.
The event was attended by Tirupati Wildlife Circle CF S Saravanan IFS, SBI CGM Sanjay Sahay, DGM Giridhar, General Manager Satyanarayana Rao, bank officials and zoo officials.
