Dr. Purushottam appointed as IPR Chair Professor of AU
Dr. Hanumanthu Purushottam, NRDC Former CMD an AU alumnus and scientist, has been appointed Chair Professor of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) at the Andhra University (AU), Visakhapatnam in association with the Department of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. A U Vice Chancellor Acharya P V G D Prasad Reddy in his office on Saturday congratulated Purushottam for giving orders.
Dr. Purushottam has previously served as the Chairman and Managing Director of the National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) in New Delhi. Recently retired. Dr Purushottam, from Bendi village near Palasa in Srikakulam district, is a close relative of former MP Swargiya Hanumanthu Appaya Dora. He has received many awards and accolades as a scientist.
