ABOUT THE CONFERENCE TOPIC: As the world continues to navigate the global pandemic, one thing is certain – the new normal has pushed organizations to embrace change and become more agile. The pandemic has made organization leaders rethink their operations, their strategy and the skills needed to meet the changing demands of their customers.

There are other factors too that can lead to rapid and constant change such as: technological development, intense competition, globalization, the digital and knowledge economy, the ever-shifting environmental patterns and natural disasters, political events, wars and the adoption or rejection of laws and rules. Change is inevitable and it can only be managed, failing which organizations may cease to exist.

The most effective strategy for embracing change is embracing continuous innovation. With this in view, the Conference will aim at deliberating on the theme — “Embracing Change Through Innovation and Creativity”.

OBJECTIVE OF THE CONFERENCE: The Conference will facilitate practical-oriented interaction and discussion among scholars, professors, students and corporate professionals so as to develop new innovative ideas to sustain modern business proposals.
