The petition filed by unemployed J Shankar was heard in the high court on Thursday. In the petition, Shankar appealed to the High Court to take the initiative to appoint members, including the chairman, as the work could not be done at the expected level due to the absence of a full commission. The High Court questioned whether there should be only one person in the Public Commission. Does the government have any intention of closing down TSPSC? Asked. The High Court has ruled that the Telangana Public Commission is very important.
The Public Service Commission is a very important department. It has been asked to continue if its chairman and members are not appointed. Angered to do that if the government really intended to shut down. The Chairman directed the Government to appoint members and submit a report.
