Hyderabad: Extension of night curfew in Telangana
Hyderabad: It is learned that with the night curfew ending in Telangana today, the High Court has questioned the government on the next steps. In the wake of this the government decided to extend the night curfew. Night curfew will be in effect in the state until 5 a.m. on May 8. To this extent the government has issued G.O.
The court also expressed dissatisfaction that the government has not yet decided on the next steps. It is learned that they have made it clear that they will give directions if the government does not take a decision within 45 minutes. In the wake of this the government issued orders extending the curfew.

It is learned that with the end of the night curfew, the High Court has expressed serious dissatisfaction with the Telangana government over the next steps. It is known that the government has to announce the decision within 45 minutes or else they will issue orders themselves.
The AG told the court that the government was extending the life order issued on April 20, imposing a night curfew on the corona building in the state in this regard. The AG said the night curfew in the state was being extended for another week. Asked by the court whether there were any more elections in the state, the AG said no.
The High Court commented that the situation would have been different if the government’s decision had not been stated. The court warned the government not to test their patience. The High Court directed the government to take strict measures to control the corona from now on. The court adjourned the next hearing to May 5
