AP: The High Court rejects bail petition of MP Raghurama Krishna Raju

YSRCP Rebal MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju’s bail petition was rejected by the High Court today. Raghurama Krishnam Raju made it clear that he could not interfere in the arrest. Bail should be sought from the following court. Stated that it could not intervene in the case under the present circumstances.

It is learned that the AP CID on Friday arrested Narasapuram MP Kanumuru Raghuramakrishnaraju for provoking tensions between social groups by insulting the government and those in government posts under the scheme. FIR 12/2021 was registered against him in this case.

Raghuram Krishnaraju as A1, TV5 as A2 and ABN channel as A3 were mentioned in the CID FIR. The case was registered on the basis of CID DIG Inquiry Report. The CID included the charges against Raghurama Krishna Raju in the FIR. Similarly, Raghurama Krishna Raju made remarks to incite hatred against the government.

Case registered against Raghurama Krishna Raju, TV5, ABN: CID

Raghurama Krishna Raju made remarks to damage the credibility of the government and said that his antics were meant to provoke the people. TV5 claimed that Raghurama Krishna Raju had conspired with the ABN against the government, targeting castes, religions and communities. CID said that TV5, ABN had allotted special slots for Raghurama Krishna Raju and along with him had poisoned the government.

Raghurama Krishna Raju has registered a case against TV5 and ABN under various sections. CID officials registered a case under Section 124 (A) of the CRPC for insulting the government, Section 120 (B) of the IPC for committing a criminal offense, Section 153 (A) for inciting hatred between castes and communities and Section 505 of the CRPC for making threats.
