Congress MP Rajiv Satav passes away in Pune
Congress MP Rajiv Satav passed away at a private hospital in Pune today, days after recovering from corona virus infection, confirmed hospital authorities.
The 46-year-old leader was on ventilator support at the hospital after his health deteriorated.
Satav, considered close to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, had tested positive for Covid-19 earlier on April 22.
He was later diagnosed with a viral infection called Cytomegalovirus and was in a critical condition.
