AP: Covisheild first dose delivery from 24 to 26 for three days
Mr. Anil Kumar Singhal, chief secretary, state medical health department, said the first dose of the Covisheild vaccine would be given across the state for three days from May 24 to 26. Collectors of all districts have been directed to give the first dose to journalists along with railway, RTC and bank employees who have regular contact with people over 45 years of age. Oxygen reserves in the state have been carefully prepared before in view of the sinking storm. Krishnapatnam said an expert committee report on the drug was yet to come.
He was speaking at a press conference held at the APIIC building in Mangalagiri on Sunday. The number of corona cases in the state has been declining for the past three days. On the 21st of this month, 92,231 corona tests were performed and 20,937 positive cases were reported.
On the 22nd, 90,609 tests were done and 19,981 positive cases were confirmed. In the past 24 hours, 91,629 corona tests were performed, 18,767 positive cases were reported and 104 deaths. It has been reduced to three thousand cases per day from three days
Oxygen storage stock in the wake of Cyclone

The Union Cabinet Secretary said that although the impact of the cyclone on AP was not directly significant, there could be difficulties in the supply of oxygen from Odisha. Prior to this, oxygen reserves were carefully extracted from various states.
