AP: Hari Prasad Reddy, Chen Reddy was sworn in as the state information commissioners
Ulchala Hariprasad Reddy and Kakarla Chennareddy have been appointed as two more State Information Commissioners to the Andhra Pradesh State Information Commission and Chief Secretary Aditya Nath Das has been sworn in.
The swearing-in ceremony of the new RTI Commissioners was held on Friday at the CM Conference Hall, the first building of the Amravati Secretariat.
R. Praveen Welcome Kumar, general secretary of the special program was initiated to him. CS Adityanath Das administered the oath of office to the next two new commissioners and presented them with bouquets and special congratulations on behalf of the Government.
On the occasion, CS Adityanath Das said that he hoped that the new commissioners would work hard to enforce the Right to Information Act in the state.
CS Adityanath Das said that the Right to Information Act is a boon to the people and the Information Commissioners need to work hard in every way to build public confidence in the implementation of the Right to Information Act by resolving their issues in a timely manner.
State Information Commission Chief Information Commissioner P. Ramesh Kumar, Information Commissioners BV Ramana Kumar, Katta Janardhana Rao, R. Srinivasa Rao, Protocol Director Subrahmanyam Reddy and others were present on the occasion.
