Karnataka: Education Minister has asked teachers to attend schools immediately after lockdown
Karnataka Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar has informed that Government school teachers have been asked to attend schools immediately after the lockdown ends in the state.
Speaking to media persons in Bengaluru today, he said, teachers have been asked to be physically present in the schools immediately after the lockdown ends in the districts.
He said a decision in this regard is taken to start the process of admission of students once the lockdown ends. Similarly the 11th standard answer sheet valuation will also commence after the lockdown ends.
The minister informed that he will hold a video conference with the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts on June 28th to discuss arrangements to be made to conduct the 10th standard exams next month.
He added that all the invigilators deputed for the conduct of the examination will be vaccinated against COVID-19 virus.
