Bangalore: Huge response from exporters to APEDA Virtual Conference
APEDA RO Bangalore, organized a virtual meeting recently with the Members of Buddhist Entrepreneurs Association of Commerce & Industries (BEACI ) Bangalore Chapter, in order to sensitize their members on the role, activities and financial assistance schemes/ special schemes and funds offered to SC/ST Entrepreneurs.
Karnataka Regional In-Charge Nagpal Lokhare was the chief guest at the meeting. Awareness on Government Incentives for Exports of Food Processing Products and Support provided by Apeda.

Around 120 participants made use of the webinar. DGM(RR) welcomed the gathering, GM(SSN) gave the special address and emphasized on utilization of the funds allocated to SC/ST Exporters. Mr. Ratnadeep Kamble, Chairman, BEACI, thanked APEDA for organizing the awareness programme.
AGM(NCL) gave a detailed presentation on Role of APEDA in export of agriculture and processed food products and support offered by APEDA. Various queries related to exports raised by the participants was addressed by AGM(NCL) with regard to importing guidelines, importers genuineness, country specific requirements, products that could be exported, organic exports, registration with APEDA, etc. Mr. B.
