CMOAI, SCCL branch Officers of Singareni Collieries Company Limited held its Branch Executive Committee Meeting today in the office of Mining Engineering Association, Abids, Hyderabad to discuss the important demands and pending issues of Officers of SCCL.
During the meeting, President of C.M.O.A.I. Sri.Jakkam Ramesh and General Secretary of C.M.O.A.I. Sri.N.V.Rajashekar Rao expressed thanks on behalf of C.M.O.A.I. to C&MD, SCCL for pro-active initiation of COVID measures viz.
Procuring and testing 1.5 Lakh Rapid Test Kits, Providing higenic Corona Quarantine centres in all areas of SCCL, 100% Vaccination to all its employees etc. All the Office bearers of C.M.O.A.I., SCCL ranch have given standing Ovation to C&MD, SCCL for his pro-active initiation to contain COVID-19 in SCCL.
During the meeting, Office bearers have requested C&MD and SCCL management to resolve the following pending issues:
Dy.Managers Issue – in which F.M.M.C. mining officers are continuing in the same designation for more than 15 years despite change in Grade.
To resolve Promotion anomaly of 2002 batch in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, stream.
To fill up the vacate General Manager posts in all disciplines immediately.
To pay P.R.P. of 2007-214 for on roll and retired executives.
To consider for free electricity and for Fee reimbursement of IIT /IIM students for the children of executives, also.
To go for construction of new 3 Bed room Quarters for Officers.
Revision of Organisation pattern of SCCL & STPP, Executives.
To derive promotion policy for laterally recruited Officers of STPP executives.
To provide A.C.Vehicles for all HODs.
To provide delegation of Powers to HODs of STPP similar to mining areas.
To take repairs of existing quarters and to provide second wash room in all quarters.
To make payment of PRP as per the guidelines of DPE,Govt.of India, for charge sheeted executives.
To resolve Survey Officers issue for elevating to the next higher grade.
To consider paper DPC twice in a year for all cluster promotions also.
To provide compassionate employment for disabled children of executives similar to NCWA employees.
