Chandrayaan-3 likely to be launched during third quarter of next year
The Government has said that India’s Moon mission Chandrayaan-3 is likely to be launched during the third quarter of next year.
In a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office Dr. Jitendra Singh informed that the launch of the mission got hampered due to Covid-19 pandemic.

He said after the commencement of the unlock period realization of Chandrayaan-3 resumed.
The process of realization involves various stages including finalization of configuration, sub systems realization, integration and spacecraft level detailed testing.
