MP Raghuram Raju has filed a petition in CBI court against cancellation of Vijayasaireddy’s bail
YCP MP Vijayasai Reddy was given an unexpected shock by the party’s rebel MP Raghuram Krishna Raju. He had filed a petition in the CBI court seeking revocation of his bail.
Rebel MP Raghuram Krishnaraju has filed a sensational petition in the CBI court seeking revocation of the bail of YSR Congress party general secretary and parliamentary leader Vijayasai Reddy in the assets case of Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
As the YCP parliamentary leader, Vijayasaireddy, who often meets officials at the Union Home and Finance Ministry offices, has been portrayed as having close ties with Union ministers, directly and indirectly intimidating witnesses, the petition said.
When Vijayasaireddy became an MP, CM Jagan wrote a letter to the Union Home Minister objecting to the CBI not making the officer who was the chief investigating officer in the assets case a Jedi, alleging that it was interfering in the process of a free trial.
MP Raghurama said it was outrageous for Vijayasaireddy to allege that Ashoka Gajapati Raju had obtained court orders in the case of the High Court dismissing the four organisms given by the AP government in connection with the Vijayanagaram Mansas Trust as illegal.
Vijayasaireddy’s comment that Ashok Gajapathiraju will be sent to jail is not only contempt of court but also clarifies his attitude towards the judiciary, said Raghurama Krishnaraju. MP Raghurama has filed a petition in the CBI court seeking revocation of the bail of MP Vijayasaireddy, who has been convicted of several offenses. An inquiry into this is pending.
