AP: CM Jagan inaugurates Jagananna Pacha Thoranam- Vana Mahotsava

CM Shri YS Jagan participated in the Vanamahotsava program held at Mangalagiri Aims, Guntur District

CM Shri YS Jagan planted neem and rye plants at AIIMS premises as part of Vanamahotsava program.

What did CM Shri YS Jagan say on this occasion ….:

If we remember two or three little things about tree planting … we will always know how much we need them.

One .. The air we breathe is oxygen. Any living thing in the world absorbs oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. Only one tree carries carbon dioxide during the day and releases oxygen. This means that if there is a tree, the oxygen levels in the pure will be better to remember forever.

The second factor is that only where there are trees can there be good rainfall. These are the things we learn in the tenth grade, when writing exams.

Let us read all the theories on osmosis, transformation and gutation. These two things need to be kept in mind as to how the trees are affected by the rain and the chances of more rain falling.

If we remember the good that happens to us because of the trees, it always seems necessary to grow trees.

Tree planting – A Yagna

Tree planting in the state should be done as a Yagna. Every effort should be made to increase the forest cover in the state from 33 per cent to 33 per cent today. I urge all of us to plant trees together and make a pledge together to preserve them.

Here we, every sister, every sister, every brother, friend, every grandmother, grandfather across the state should make this vow in their minds. Together with the trees, if everyone stays together and sets foot, the trees in our state will be more likely to grow.

I want this to happen.

Today I am dedicating the forest department to plant nearly 5 crore plants … I want everyone to work towards this with a pledge. I want everyone to come forward to make a pledge.

The pledged CM in the House

Recognizing that greenery can contribute to the development of Andhra Pradesh, that greenery are a stepping stone to progress, and recognizing the need for a balanced state of nature … I pledge to take up the responsibility of planting and caring for them and to make Andhra Pradesh a Pacha Thoranam.

Manasa, Vacha and Karmana are all committed to this and I want to be the companion of mankind to these trees and I am taking leave to appeal once again, ”concluded CM Shri YS Jagan.
