Telangana: Workers should be paid 29 per cent share in Singareni profits: CM KCR Dussehra gift to Singareni workers
CM KCR decided to give 29 per cent share to the workers in the profits earned by Singareni company this year. The CM presented the Dussehra gift to the Singareni workers, an increase of one per cent over last year.
The CM directed CMD N. Sridhar to pay his share of these profits before Dussehra.
The CM responded positively to Minister Koppula Ishwar’s plea that the pension received by the retired workers and employees of Singareni was less than Rs 2,000 by the Central Government and that steps should be taken to seek any assistance from the State Government.
The CM directed the authorities to prepare a report on whether the state government can help the Singareni retired workers and employees by taking any action.
