Canara Bank donates equipment worth Rs 10 lakh under CSR activities to TSFDC for develop of Botanical Garden
As part of its social responsibility (corporate social responsibility), Canara Bank officials donated equipment worth Rs 10 lakh to the Forest Development Corporation.
Canara Bank has provided a water tanker along with a tractor to maintain the Botanical Garden (Urban Forest Park) near Hi-Tech City, Kottaguda. Bank Chief General Manager K.H. These were handed over by Patnaik to Forest Corporation Chairman Vanteru Pratap Reddy.
Canara Bank officials said that the Botanical Garden is a valuable natural resource for the rapidly developing Cyberabad and as part of its conservation, it has donated equipment worth Rs 10 lakh from its social responsibility fund.
Forest Corporation Vice Chairman and Managing Director Dr. G.S. Chandrasekhar Reddy, G.M. Ravinder Reddy, Bank representatives Bhaskara Chakraborty, Mamata Joshi, Walkers Association members and Botanical Garden staff were present.
