T20 World Cup: India to take on Pakistan tomorrow; Australia beat South Africa by five wickets

In the T20 Cricket World Cup, India will take on arch-rivals Pakistan in their first group game tomorrow at Dubai. India have won all their matches against Pakistan in the World Cup – both in the ODI and T20 formats.

Overall India and Pakistan have played each other seven times in the ODI World Cup and five times in the T20 World Cup. India have emerged victorious on all the occasions.

On the eve of the all important match, Indian Skipper Virat Kohli said in a press conference that the focus of Indian team is to play well in the World Cup.

In the opening match of Super-12 stage of the tournament today, Australia defeated South Africa by five wickets in Abu Dhabi. Earlier, South Africa were restricted to 118 for 9 in the stipulated 20 overs. Australia chased down the target of 119 runs in 19.4 overs.

In the second match, defending champion West Indies were all out for 55 runs in (14.2) overs against England in Dubai.
