ICC T20 World Cup: Australia beat Bangladesh by eight wickets in Dubai; Sri Lanka take on West Indies in Abu Dhabi
In the ICC 20 World Cup 2021, the match between Sri Lanka and West Indies is in progress in Abu Dhabi. Sri Lanka were 189/3 for 20 overs, against West Indies, when reports last came in. Earlier West Indies won the toss and elected to bowl.
In today’s first match, Australia beat Bangladesh by eight-wickets to move above South Africa in Group 1 in Dubai. Chasing a victory target of 74 runs Australia completed the task in 6.2 overs with the loss of 2 wickets at International Cricket Stadium,Dubai.
Openers Aaron Finch 40 and David Warner 18 were the top scorers for Australia. Earlier spinner Adam Zampa’s figures of 5 for 19 helped the Aussies bowl Bangladesh out for 73 in 15 overs.

Tomorrow, India will take Scotland at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium at 7. 30 PM, while New Zealand meets Namibia in Sharjah at 3.30 PM.
