The TRS has mobilized farmers across the state to press for the state’s demand. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao had already announced that he would sit on a protest in Delhi to be held at a later date if the demands of the state are not met.
Meanwhile, BJP leaders and party workers staged protests yesterday in front of all collectorates demanding the state to procure the paddy for Kharif season without any delay. The BJP alleged that the TRS Government had failed to procure paddy and it was blaming the Centre to cover up their inefficiency.
