UGC NET 2021: Exam scheduled on Dec 5 in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh cancelled due to Jawad Cyclone
UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 Examinations, scheduled to be held tomorrow has been postponed in the various cities of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. The exam has been postponed in the cities of Bhubneshwar, Gunupur, Cuttack, Berhampur, Puri and Vishakhapatnam.
National Testing Agency (NTA) has taken the step to reschedule the exam due to the red alert issued in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh for Cyclonic storm Jawad. A revised datasheet for rescheduled examination will be uploaded later.
In a notice issued by NTA, it has been said that the examination for all other cities of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and all other states will be held as per schedule. It further said, the revised date sheet for the rescheduled examination will be uploaded later.
NTA has also decided to rescheduling of entrance exam for MBA (IB) 2022-24 of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade scheduled to be held tomorrow.
The exam has been postponed in the various cities of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and West Bengal. These cities are Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Cuttack, Kolkata and Durgapur. NTA said, revised date to be announced later
