Govt receives over Rs 2,500 Cr from Power Grid, over Rs 1,600 Cr from NMDC as dividend tranches

Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, (DIPAM) Tuhin Kanta Pandey has said that the Centre has received over 2,500 crore rupees from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and Over 1,600 crore rupees from NMDC as dividend tranches.

In a series of tweets, he said that the government has also received over 970 crore rupees from Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited and over 910 crore rupees from GAIL as Dividend tranches.

He added that the government has also received over 350 crore rupees from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and about 149 crore rupees from Bharat Electronics Limited as dividend tranches.

He said that the government has also received dividend tranches from Central Warehousing Corporation Limited, National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation limited, WAPCOS, HLL Lifecare Limited, FAGMIL and NSIC.
