Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has welcomed the Union Budget and said that it will fulfill the dream of Atma Nirbhar Bharat. He said that no new tax has been imposed despite the free vaccination and huge increase in medical infrastructure during the pandemic time.
Mr. Patel said that increased allocation for every class of the society will boost the economy from the setback of pandemic.

The State BJP President C.R. Patil said that the provisions of the Union Budget will fulfill the aspirations of the common people. He welcomed the various schemes announced for the farmers. He also praised the announcement of linking rivers.
However, the State Congress has criticized the union budget as a big disappointment for the common men. In a press release, the State Congress President Jagdish Thakor said that the union budget has nothing for poor and middle class people.
