ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup: India through to finals, to play against England on 5th Feb in Antigua

In the ongoing ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup in Antigua, four-time champions India will face England in the final on Saturday and will be aiming to extend their dominance in the competition.

India produced an all-round display to take out a comprehensive 96-run win in the semifinal against Australia in the semifinal yesterday. Captain Yash Dhull led the side from the front and scored a brilliant 110 in the same number of balls to help India pile 290/5 after electing to bat first.

Chasing 291, Australia were bowled out for 194 in 41.5 overs with Vicky Ostwal taking 3 wickets while Nishant Sindhu and Ravi Kumar picking up two wickets each.

Today Sri Lanka will take on Pakistan in the 5th Place Playoff and South Africa will play against Bangladesh in the seventh-place playoff.
