Telangana declares third wave of Covid 19 came to end in the state

Telangana today declared that the third wave of Covid 19 came to an end in the state. Addressing a media conference in Hyderabad a short while ago, State Medical and Health Director Dr Srinivas Rao said the wave ended in the state following the infection rate has come to the minimal. He appealed to people to restore to their normal activities without having any restrictions.

He appealed to the IT sector, to resume work from office. However, he appealed to all to follow appropriate behaviour, to prevent spread of the virus and asked all eligible people to take vaccine, to minimise the effect of the virus.

Telangana state has reported over 13 hundred Covid new cases yesterday. He exuded confidence that new variants may not affect the state in need future, as  majority of people in the state have already vaccinated.
