The joint session of Karnataka state legislature will begin tomorrow and will be held till 25th of this month. Governor of the state Thawarchand Gehlot will address the members of legislative Assembly and Council.
Addressing media persons in Bengaluru yesterday, legislative Assembly speaker Viveshwar Hegde Kageri informed that after the Governor’s address, the House will meet again to pay homage to departed dignitaries.

The lower House will transact usual business from the next day onwards. Two bills namely Karnataka Stamps(second amendment) bill 2021 and Code of Criminal Procedure(Amendment) Bill will be tabled in the lower House.
After a long gap public will be allowed to witness the proceedings in the House.
