Aamuktha Choudary Gadde, B.Tech. (CSE) final year student of School of Technology, GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad has received a deferred admission to the ISB Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) from the Class of 2025 through the Young Leaders Program (YLP). She will be joining ISB for the PGP starting in April 2024. Aamuktha has also been placed in Virtusa and TCS in the campus placements drives.
YLP is a deferred admission program where applicants apply to YLP during the pre-final, or final year of the undergraduate/post-graduate degree programs. Once accepted to YLP, the applicant has to complete 20 months of mandatory work experience.
During the period of work experience, before joining the full-time PGP, the applicant has to attend YLP learning weekends to connect with current PGP students, faculty and network with industry leaders at ISB. The PGP will commence, once the deferment period has concluded and the applicant’s work experience is fulfilled.
