CBI arrests former MD and CEO of NSE Chitra Ramkrishna in connection with co-location scam

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of National Stock Exchange (NSE) Chitra Ramkrishna in Delhi in connection with the co-location scam.

Yesterday, CBI had called her for questioning and she was arrested later. She will be produced before a court today. A Delhi court had on Saturday refused to grant anticipatory bail to Ramkrishna.

Securities and Exchange Board (SEBI) has slapped a penalty of 3 crore rupees on Chitra Ramkrishna in the co-location case.IMAGE
