Dr. B.M.Naidu, Professor, Mathematics department, School of Science, GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, has been awarded the consultancy project funded by Kushi Baby Inc., USA. GITAM authorities have informed in a press release on Monday. The project value is Rs 16.5 lakhs per annum excluding travel expenses to be borne by the agency. GITAM and Kushi Baby Inc. will be signing the contract.
Kushi Baby is primarily working in the health sector to promote and improve the last-mile reach of maternal and child health services using digital technologies in the states of Rajasthan and Karnataka.
Dr. Naidu will offer his consultancy services as a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead on a range of activities – developing theory of change, evaluation framework, advice in executing research activities, strategic role in forging research partnerships, etc.

In addition, Prof. Naidu will extend his services in developing standard operating procedures and capacity building of project staff to conduct quantitative data monitoring, perform data analysis to aid in evidence-based decision making, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for real-time monitoring of project outcomes across primary health program verticals.
