Andhra Pradesh: Five killed, one injured as train runs over them in Srikakulam
In Andhra Pradesh at least Five people were killed and one injured after being run over by a speeding train near Bathuva village in Srikakulam District last night. All of them were passengers of Guwahati bound superfast express and had got down onto the adjoining railway track in Bathuva village in G. Sigadam Mandal in Srikakulam when their train stopped due to a technical problem.
The Konark Express, coming from the opposite direction ran over these five people. One injured has been shifted to RIMS Hospital in Srikakulam.

The AP Chief Minister of Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed concern over the dead and ordered the authorities to provide good medical treatment to the injured.
