NTPC-Southern Region Organizes 29th RJPC & RCM
“Let’s put our best efforts in tandem to achieve the company’s target while maintaining leadership position in the segment,” says Shri Naresh Anand, RED (South) while inaugurating the 29th Regional Joint Productivity Council (RJPC) Meeting and Regional Communication Meeting (RCM) on April 30 – May 01, 2022.
Organised by NTPC-Southern Region, the two-day meet was held at Ramoji Film City wherein HoPs, GMs & Senior Officials and Office bearers of Unions and Association of Southern Region stations participated in large numbers. Senior officials from Southern Region Headquarters also attended the programme.
In his opening remark, Shri Anand highlighted NTPC’s journey towards excellence and contribution of employees, unions and association to make it a Maharatna company. NTPC is not only the foremost power generator; it is also among the great places to work. The company is guided by the “People before Plant Load Factor” mantra which is the template for all its human resource related policies.
He underlined the importance of harmonious industrial relation with different stakeholders and contributing positively in the growth of Organisation as well as the country in large. Shri Anand further asked all to focus on the emerging challenges and take concerted efforts to maintain NTPC’s leadership position in power sector.
Coordinated by GH-HR, SRHQ Shri Mani Kant, the meet marked with presentation from Unions and Associations on emerging issues and new initiatives besides discussion on various issues pertaining to plant and employees.
