Hyderabad: 3 week Induction Training Program for Reserve Bank of India Grade B Officers in Nalsar

Today at NALSAR University of Law a three week Induction Training program for Grade B (Direct Recruitment) officers of Reserve Bank of India commenced.
During the inaugural program Shri Babu Ji, Reserve Bank of India Staff College Principal, Chennai, highlighted the life and duty mindedness skills in RBI, how hard work plays a vital role in success in any career, the value of human being, and practice of meditation.

Then Smt K. Nikhila, Regional Director. Hyderabad, Reserve Bank of India emphasized and made a very inspiring lecture for young officers of RBI, she emphasized the work culture of RBI and incentives are being provided, a lot of other learning objectives such as soft skills, inter and intra personal skills and how those will be helpful in day to day activities. The positive thinking and respectful environment which certainly brings a best working environment has been explained by referring with many live examples from her enrich working experience in RBI.
Afterwards the host of this wonderful event Shri Prof. (Dr) V. Balakista Reddy, Registrar of NALSAR addressed the officers on changing contours of Banking laws with special reference to Globalization, Privatization, Liberalization, Digitalization and Covidization. He emphasized further on the importance of Global Financial and Banking Institutions such as GATT, IBRD, IMF, GATS and WTO and their role in domestic Financial and Banking Regulations. The main object of this training program for newly recruited officers of RBI is to familiarize and enhance the knowledge on core Indian Banking functionaries and systems, During this training sessions the emerging issues in Banking such as crypto, bitcoin, Black Chain, Evolution of Central Banking, Services, Schemes, Policy frameworks, statutory powers, Indian and Global financial systems, currency management, various etiquette matters of RBI, Monetary Policy, Conflict Management, Interpersonal skills and relationship through transactional analysis and etc., More than 200 Grade B (Direct Recruitment) Officers of Reserve Bank Of India are attending to this 3 week training program at NALSAR.
