Uttarakhand: Chardham and Hemkunt Yatra in full swing

In Uttarakhand, Chardham and Hemkunt Yatra are in full swing. Meanwhile, more than 8 lakh 50 thousand devotees have visited Chardham and Hemkunt.

The state government has made registration mandatory for the convenience of the pilgrims. In view of the increasing number of devotees in the state, arrangements are also being increased.

Screening desks have been set up for health check-ups of the pilgrims on the Yatra routes.

According to the State Health Department, 58 pilgrims have died due to ill health since the commencement of the Yatra this year.
