Hyderabad: Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev to formally launch Fifth Edition of Green India Challenge tomorrow

The Green India Challenge, which started seeking greenery across the country, is entering its fifth year. The planting movement is about to start with the rainy season.

The fifth edition of the Green India Challenge will be launched by renowned mystic Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev at Gollur Forest Park near Shamshabad (Muchchinthal Road).

Telangana Forest Department and Green India Challenge jointly launches this program as part of reviving degraded forest area.

Save Soil: Sadhguru embarked on a world tour with the Save Soil movement to protect the mother earth from further deterioration. MP Joginipalli Santosh Kumar said that he will participate in the Green India Challenge program as part of this tour.

As part of this, Sadduru will reach Gollur at 2 pm on Thursday and formally launch the fifth edition of the Green India Challenge program along with MP Santosh Kumar.

Ministers Indirakaran Reddy, Sabita Indra Reddy, MP Ranjit Reddy and MLA Prakash Gowd will be the chief guests at the event.

MP Santosh Kumar has called on celebrities and fans on the trail of Green India to plant tens of thousands of saplings at once in this forest area.
