Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare to launch AI enabled Common Single Pension Portal, says Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh
Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh has informed that the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare will soon launch Artificial Intelligence,( AI) enabled Common Single Pension Portal for the benefit of pensioners and elder citizens.
He said the portal will also help in seamless processing, tracking and disbursal of pensions.
Interacting with beneficiaries of Bhavishya – Portal for Pension Payment and Tracking System – in New Delhi today, Dr. Singh said, this AI-supported portal will send automatic alerts to pensioners and superannuated elder citizens to bring complete “Ease of Living” for central government pensioners.
He said, the portal will not only enable constant contact with pensioners but will also regularly receive their grievances for the prompt response.
