Telangana: Ministers IK Reddy and Jagadish Reddy inaugurates Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District Forest office complex
Forest and Environment Minister Indrakaran Reddy and Power Minister Jagadish Reddy today inaugurated the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District Forest office complex built at a cost of Rs.3.17 crores.
The complex built on two floors with an area of 6968 square feet on 2 acres of land has the office of the District Forest Officer, the office of the Bhuvanagiri Forest Range Officer, the Conservator of Forest Camp Office along with a compound wall, a nursery site and pagodas.
On this occasion, Minister Indrakaran Reddy said that the administration should be in accordance with the aspirations and hopes of the people. He said that the people of the state were greatly benefited by the reorganization of districts.
On the other hand, it was mentioned that the state government is making a big effort to create infrastructure in the forest department and forest conservation. He said that the forest department has got a new look due to the implementation of the new zonal system after the redistribution of districts. He said that they are working for the creation of necessary infrastructure along with improving the facilities.
He said that saplings are being planted on a large scale through the Haritaharam program and the state is getting greener and rains are falling on time.
The forest officials suggested to focus more on afforestation in the combined Nalgonda district where forests are less. Later, Ministers Indrakaran Reddy and Jagadish Reddy planted saplings as part of the Harithaharam program.
Government Whip Gongidi Sunitha Reddy, ZP Chairman Sandeep Reddy, Oil Fade Chairman Ramakrishna Reddy, MP Badugula Lingaya Yadav, MLA Pailla Shekhar Reddy, MLC Narsireddy, Forest Department Special CS Shanti Kumari, PCCF R. M. Dobriyal, CF Shivani Dogra, DFO Padmaja Rani and others participated.
