Hyderabad: Republic Day celebrated at GITAM
The 74th Republic Day was celebrated at GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad on Thursday, 26 January 2023, with festivities beginning with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Hon’ble Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. D.S.Rao, followed by the National Anthem.
The Pro VC honored the NCC, NSS, and security personnel by giving certificates of appreciation. The program progressed with the energetic performance of the Student Life and the Cultural Clubs.
The soulful performances of patriotic songs, and dance instilled the spirit of love, patriotism, and brotherhood among all. In this program, the Heads of various schools and departments, the Faculty members, other staff members, and students were present.
