Telangana Forest: Best results in forest protection through clusters system: Decision of Inter Circle Coordination Meeting at Jannaram

The inter-circle coordination meeting was of the view that through the system of new clusters, better results can be achieved by maintaining coordination in the district, division and range in the management of various programs along with forest conservation and protection.

An inter-circle coordination meeting was held at Basra Forest Circle and Kawal Tiger Reserve (KTR) today. Forest Protection Meeting at Jannaram with all DFOs, FDOs and important Range Officers for coordinated efforts of Forest Protection.

Discussed about strategies for forest protection, prevention of forest fires, summer action plans, wildlife protection, curbing of smuggling activities. The meeting decided to form new clusters for better protection and coordination at District, Division and Range level.

Meeting held under guidance of Basara chief conservator Saravanan and Kawal Tiger Reserve Field Director C P Vinod Kumar. DFOs of Adilabad, Nirmal, Mancherial and Asifabad are participated.  All Forest Divisional Officers (FDOs), Forest Range Officers (FROs) are participated in the meeting.
