Telangana Forest: IFS officers C Suvarna and GCS Reddy who have been promoted as PCCFs
Dr. C. Suvarna and Dr. G. Chandrasekhar Reddy IFS officers working as additional PCCFs in Telangana Forest Department have been promoted as PCCFs by the Telangana government. To this extent CS Mrs. A. Shantikumari issued orders on Monday.
Currently, Dr. Suvarna is on deputation to the Central Government as CE NFDB, while Dr. G. Chandrasekhar Reddy is serving as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Telangana State Forest Development Corporation.
Senior IFS Officers of 1991 batch of Telangana Cadre are hereby empanelled for promotion to the Above Super Time Scale (ii) of IFS in the rank of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Level 16 in the Pay Matrix of IFS (Pay) Rules, 2016:-

Dr. G. Chandrasekhar Reddy, IFS (RR:1991)
Dr. C. Suvarna, IFS (RR:1991), who is on Central Deputation is hereby granted Proforma Promotion to the rank of Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests, level 16 in the Pay Matrix of IFS (Pay) Rules, 2016.
Dr. Chandrappagari. Suwarna, who is on central deputation, will perform duties as PCCF as Chief Executive of National Fisheries Development Board.
Dr. G. Chandrasekhar Reddy, IFS (RR:1991) is hereby promoted to the Above Super Time Scale (ii) of IFS, in the rank of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), Level 16 in the Pay Matrix of IFS (Pay) Rules, 2016 and retained as VC & MD, TSFDC Ltd in the rank of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests.
