GITAM School of Architecture (GSA), Hyderabad is going to organize a two-day ‘National Research Symposium’ for students to inculcate research in Architecture at its campus on 19-20 May 2023. Prof. G.Sunil Kumar, Director, GSA has informed in a press release on Saturday.
The symposium is based on the theme ‘Architecture, Urbanism and the Build Environment’. Along with efficient design and quality drawings, good vocabulary and writing skills are essential for Architects to communicate ideas and designs to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Writing a research paper will help students to analyze, evaluate and synthesize information from various sources, develop critical thinking skills, explore new ideas and perspectives, and develop an interest in research as a future career prospect.

GSA is providing an opportunity for all students of architecture to share their work with other experts in the field and receive feedback on their research. The idea is to create a platform to disseminate the findings, network with peers, learn about new ideas and opportunities for publication, and contribute to personal and professional development.
The participants can present their papers on or before 15 April 2023 and the best paper will get attractive cash reward along with an appreciation letter. No registration fees and 3-AC train tickets along accommodation for presenters will be provided. For further details, please contact spaul@gitam.edu.
