Forest officials releases the captured leopard into ATR reserve
The leopard, which had threatened Hyderabad city dwellers, has returned to its nest in a safe dense forest. The leopard, which was recently caught at the Rajender Nagar Walamtari, was temporarily shifted to the Hyderabad Zoo Park and released into the Amrabad Tiger Reserve (ATR) dense forest on Saturday after undergoing health tests.
R. Shobha IFS PCCF (HOFF) oversaw the release of the leopard. ATR Field Director, CCF Ashok Kumar Sinha, Zoo Park Curator Kshitija and other officials were present on the occasion.
